For the girlies looking for a lower body and core focused guide this one is for you!
This guide is 6 weeks long. It consist of a lower body focused 5 day split (3 days lower body, 2 days upper body) and weekly core workouts. All exercises have video demonstrations.
For this workout guide you will need access to a full gym, if you only have access to a small gym with dumbbells and limited machines, the "home" version of this guide will suit you better!
The guide also provides guidance on cardio as well as basic nutrition information (macro calculating, how to adjust your macros, grocery list, etc.)
