For the girlies looking for an at home/minimal equipment lower body and core focused guide this one is for you!
This guide is 6 weeks long. It consist of a lower body focused 5 day split (3 days lower body, 2 days upper body) and weekly core workouts. All exercises have video demonstrations.
For this workout guide you will need dumbbells, bands (long and short booty bands), a pillow/yoga block and a bench or something to step on/put your back against.
The guide also provides guidance on cardio as well as basic nutrition information (macro calculating, how to adjust your macros, grocery list, etc.)
